Aluminum Self Flashing Operable Skylights with Acrylic Dome or Flat Glass
Our operable skylights combine the benefits of natural lighting with the ability to ventilate. They are available in single, double or triple acrylic domes, or with either laminated single glaze or tempered/laminated insulated glass. Frame colors include mill finish, bronze or white powder coated 6063-T5 extruded aluminum. Acrylic Dome and flat glass colors include clear, white, grey and bronze.
The operating leaf is attached to the curb with a nickel-plated piano hinge, and is lifted by a self-lubricating chain mechanism for durability and low maintenance. An operating pole is included. A bulb vinyl gasket provides weather-stripping. They have mitered and heliarc welded watertight corners, with integral condensation and weepage gutters and 3 inch nailing flange. Options available: electric motor kit, remote controlled electric motor kit.
