Aluminum Curb Mount Operable Skylights with Acrylic Dome or Flat Glass

The Window Depot can provide you with an Aluminum Curb Mount Operable skylight in just about any size you would need. Operable skylights can provide natural lighting with the ability to ventilate. These skylights are available in single, double or triple acrylic domes. They also come with either laminated single glaze or tempered/laminated insulated glass. Frames are available in mill finish, bronze or white powder coated 6063-T5 extruded aluminum.

The operating leaf is attached to the curb with a nickel-plated piano hinge, and is lifted by a self-lubricating chain mechanism for durability and low maintenance. A 6-10 ft. operating pole is included. A superior bulb vinyl gasket provides weather-stripping. These skylights have mitered and heliarc welded watertight corners with integral condensation and weepage gutters. Options include; electric motor kit, remote controlled electric motor kit.
